I generally eat dinner around 6:30 7ish and we usually lift around 8.
My kids (ages 12, 13.5, and 15) and I generally do 45 to 60 minutes of weights 3 to 4 times a week.
If we have just eaten dinner a couple hours prior do we still need PW nutrition? And if so does whey protein dio the trick.
PS all the kids are lean and I could stand to lose 20.
