So, wtf is going on with this stuff. Its a 0 calorie, 10mg Niacin, 10mg Vit B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) and 67mg Potassium.

Also has a BCAA Complex of 7g including L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-lysine, L-Arginine, L-Histidine, L-Theonine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine.

And 2.7g Endurance Complex which includes Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Betaine Anhydrous, Ginger, and L-Novaline.

The first time I tried it I mixed one scoop in a 20oz water bottle with 10g glutamine and headed to the gym. I started sipping it once in the gym and didn't notice my skin tingling. The other night I came home from work and while cooking dinner I started sipping on another scoop with 20oz of water. Within 2 minutes of ingesting this stuff my skin started to tingle. I thought "hmm this is odd I don't remember feeling like this before". Just this afternoon I had another serving and it did the same thing. The only thing I can compare it to is if you ever gone tanning and used one of those lotions that has the "tingle" crap in it...its just like that only not as strong.

I'm still trying to decide if I like the feeling or not, but as long as i'm getting my BCAA's I'm fine with it.

Overall I don't think its a bad product to sip on durring a workout with adding 10g of glutamine.

Anyone else use this before? I did a search and not much came up on the product here.

Southern Lord is right, the Beta Alanine makes your skin tingle. Beta Alanine is great to supplement with creatine though as it will help promote your lean strength gains as well as promote muscular endurance.

Man I dont know if I can take the feeling of taking beta alanine by itself though.I took it by it self today and I felt like I had ants biting me all over.It was a bit too much.Im going to try it again in an hour with some Kreakick by Sci-Fit before I hit the gym and see what happens. That feeling is really aggravating to me.

I took PW for awhile and the skin tingling effect went away eventually. I now take bulk BA, and I don't get the tingling either.

I'm not sure if BA has lived up to the hype. It was being touted as the next creatine, but I'm not convinced yet. However, I do think PW is a fantastic product.

Stick with a for a few more days, eventually you will notice the tingling less and less. Sometimes Ill throw it it with my protein pre and post workout and that seems to help too. There is definitely a tolerance build up to it though.
