I am 16 years old and can only manage 6 pull ups is that not enough for someone my age whats a good number to aim for as I know its an important test in the military.
Just keep at it. It is great that you are into fitness at 16 and actually doing pull ups. They are an exercise that more people should do. You are at a great age to lean about nutrition too. It can really shape how you look as you progress.
