Its been over a year since my last cylce and I am retaining water around my nips. No lump or anything like that just a little puffy, I guess is the best way to describe it.
I saw a post here about how to help this but I cant find it. Any info. would be appriciated.

If it's caused by water retention, the only thing you can is decrease it. Try an anti-e, certain diuretics, or just squeeze those nipples till all the water comes out

Puffy Nips is a very vague term meaning many different things to different people. Standardized pictures are a better way to describe the problem. Contour distortions of the nipple areola can be from fat, gland, and or skin. Although gland tends to be firm and fat soft, gland can be soft and fat firm. It can be very hard to tell by feeling alone.

Damn, I didn't know we had a certified surgeon from the American Board of Plastic Surgery on board here....I'm certainly impressed and nice to meet you, so how many tits have you sculpted on men anyway? (not to sound impolite,Dr )

Considering he's not on a cycle right now, arimidex won't do anything, since his estrogen levels are probably not the cause of the water retention since they should be normal now. Arimidex is an anti-aromatase, and will only stop the conversion. It will not work against estrogen that is already in your system, so unless his body is converting abnormal amounts of test into estrogen (which I doubt), arimidex is pointless.
