I know this topic has been discussed before, and post workout nutrition not the end all be all.
However from a curiosity standpoint, I was wondering if anyone with a good grasp of the science could comment on this idea/conclusion.
It is beneficial to wait 1hr after exercise compared to directly after to consume protien for some reason.
And perhaps a not so reputable source but tnations top postworkout nutrition myths
No 5 suggests waiting an hr is 30% better
Also I believe the creator of the warrior diet suggested that the cells were temporarily insulin resistant and that it was better to wait.
Anyone care to take a shot at this... I'm only curious as to why this might be or if it actually has some bearing
