stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Jan 16, 2019 #2 the most popular whey protein is concentrate. it is cheap and guys don't know any different that doesn't mean it is best. you want to pick isolate that is good quality. personally I don't recommend anyone use protein powder of any form. just another hassle the body has to deal with processing it.

Fella Finn Moderator Moderator Jan 17, 2019 #4 What I think of them? I don't see any problem consuming them. They are not necessary for muscle building but they are quick and convenient way of getting your protein in if especially after working or if you are on the road, in a hurry etc...

I use the innotech nutrition organic fermented vegan protein. Most beef proteins are made from hydrolyzed gelatin - which is an incomplete protein source and does not contain all the essential amino acids
