As some of you know, I will be starting my 2nd cycle this coming week. I was wondering how much protein is sufficient while on? I normally eat 150g of protein when i'm off. How much should I increase it by when my cycle starts?
Is 300g too much? Or should I go by the lean mass lbs = g of protein eaten per day?
