Protein intake during cycle

As some of you know, I will be starting my 2nd cycle this coming week. I was wondering how much protein is sufficient while on? I normally eat 150g of protein when i'm off. How much should I increase it by when my cycle starts?

Is 300g too much? Or should I go by the lean mass lbs = g of protein eaten per day?
 
I'm at 240lbs right now so 400g of protein per day should be enough?? Although that seems hard to get to. Thats a lot of shakes!!!!
 
Yep, you need at least 360 grams per day minimum. AAS increase protein synthesis. Your just wasting your money on the AAS if you don't your body the building blocks to add more muscle.

I am not an expert on how AAS affects the diets and what changes should be made on cycle as opposed to off. But one thing I have noticed is that if I am taking in atleast....ATLEAST 2 grams per lb/lbm I seem to notice changes in my body every day. If protein intake falls below this then I feel no difference in gains as I do when natural.

I normally keep my carb intake fairly low (.75-1 grams per lb) so it's not uncommon for me to ingest 400 grams of protein daily at a bodyweight of 175 lbs.

If you weigh 240lbs I would intake 500 grams of protein daily, 200 grams of complex carbs, and then try to get about 7-10 grams of EFA's with each of your six meals. That is if you are trying to gain LBM
