Protein from Powder

Java, what brand of protein are you using if you dont mind me asking?

i drink 2 a day now that i have a protein powder that has a combo of whey and casein. one in the morning and one either dwo or pwo. supposedly it releases a steady stream of aminos through your body for 12 hours....here is the link for anyone who wants to try it.

also if your in a bulking phase try the up your mass...i put n 4 pounds in 2 weeks with that stuff....2shakes a day.
