protein + carb meal...should i always add some fat?

Big EF Friends,i am 6'3 230pds, currently on summer cycle test cyp 500mg/wk + primo 400/wk ,on a clean high protein ,complex carbs, low fat diet.supplememted with mixed whey, whey iso post wrkt, casein at night, efa's,bcaa, multis. Do you think i should add some healthy fat (flaxseed+fish+primrose oil caps) to EVERY protein+ carb meal ? (except post workout).if yes,how much? Some authors says that fat makes the absortion released and prevents glucagon spike(muscle tissue breakdown). Any thoughts?

I would take 2 fish oil softgels with every meal, that is what most BBers I know do including myself.

I really doubt it makes any different.

Some say meals should always be P+C or P+F, because F+C is an insulin spiking fat storing combination. However, this theory has never been supported by any studies on it.

Fat's ability to blunt insulin spikes has hardly been document well too. For example, on the only study of the insulin index, foods containing protein and carbs (beans, milk) elicited high insulin indexes despite in milks case low GI, so too foods with carbs and fat (bakery goods).

2g of fish oil is hardly a bad prescription per meal, but whether that is of any benefit over consuming 10g of fish oil in one meal I'm rather skeptical of. Presumably, the body can handle 10g of fish oil at one time - otherwise eskimos would be up shitcreak
