Protein and Carb Balancer....?

first of lol... i seem to of forgotten how many Grams of protein are in various foods!! lol ...been a while...anyone have a protein content list?

but i want to know how many g's of carbs should i be eating for bulking?

i was told 40/40/20
protein/carbs/fats

basically for me i can eat whatever the hell i want and not worry about the fat,... but this time around im going to put some effort into a healthier diet... i'd like to loose some spare tire i've been wrestling wtih for a while now..

I like calorieking.com for nutrient amounts.

For bulking, if you can "eat whatever the hell you want and not worry about the fat", then get your protein in, and anything else is fair game.

If you want to "lose a spare tire", then bulking is probably not in the cards for you at this time.
