Just took this. I am trying to lean out.
6'3" 250+

I'm 34.
Diet is clean.. finally. Only eating six times a day. I may bump it to seven if I continue with the cardio.
 
wow dude alot of imporvement, your back and shoulders look alot bigger and your chest has deff tightened up

But for real bro, you are looking better now than previously, even though i thought you were looking great before.
 
I am hoping to drop more fat. Once I do that I will increase my protein intake through stake and chicken. Hopefully, that will add more size eventually.
Right now I just want my abs back. I like it when I am just standing there and they look sick. Not even close to that right now :(

Ummm dude don't know what pic your looking at but I can still see abs there. Are you on or off?

I was at 265 and decided to hit this:

deca 500mgs ew
test 500mgs ew

Tightned up the diet and I have dropped 15lbs so far. Started cardio too. The stairmaster works wonders.

Amazing that you have lost weight on that cyc and maintained the lean mass. How long you plan on running the T and Deca?

looking good I was wondering if it would be possible to lean up on depotest and also lose weight if i stay on top of my diet. I am 44 years old and want to drop as much body fat as possible while putting on a little hardness. I weigh 280# .

It's all in the lighting. I had to take about 20 pictures to get that one... Also, notice that I'm pulling the skin down with my left hand? You're just standing there. Big difference, but thanks for the compliment though... fuckhead. :supercool

I am 250 now. I can't imagine how small I must look! :(
 
i am down to 245 right now.
still have a little fat around the belt line.
no cardio really so far. no fat burners either.
my goal is to drop another ten pounds and be shredded to the bone. i want ripped abbs when i am letting them all hang out!
i will try and post some progress pictures soon.
my other goals are to widen my back, and increase the density of my delts and pecs.
 
Great improvement from the other pics....

Abs are tight... Keep up the great work Slat!
