You have to just bite your lip and get throgh HEAVY sets of barbell rows, dumbell rows, low rows, T-bar rows, and then finish with 3-4 sets of pulldowns. Also, do you work abs a lot?? You're really lean but it looks like your abs aren't that developed. I only ask because personally I only work abs when I'm cutting or (obviously) prepping for a show. In the offseason I just work them once a week to keep my core strength balanced with my lower back.

thanks for critique, guys. theres a lot i need to work on, as far a my workout routines go. i think i look the best i have ever looked, cept i need to clean up my diet. i think my abs would look better if would drop some bf%. i need to incorperate more dumb bell exercises in my routine. i have long arms, so ive always hated bench and chest workouts, but....gotta do it. thanks again guys. im gonna keep workin it. im almost there.

no, i didnt take any pics before i ran this cycle. i gained about 10-15 lbs. so i was just a lil smaller not much. ive always done a lot of shoulder workouts. but i was hoping to get cut up. i did somewhat, but like i said, my diet wasnt as clean as it shoulda been. im beginning to see why all the vets always emphasize the importance of a clean diet. no matter how much gear you do, if your eating shitty, your not going to get the results.(i wasnt eating junk food or anything) just not enough clean calories. too many carbs i think.
 
lookin good bro, like said above work them latts... Wide grip chins w/ added weight will definately do the trick I promise ! Add that with heavy BB rows and Tbar rows and finish off with a cable movement and she'll grow in no time !
 
You are at 210 now? What weight did you start out at and how was your nutritional in take as far as cals protein carbs and fats. To make your physique look better I would do more back work.
