I have to disagree a little on the advice for back. Nothing beats rowing movements. You have to just bite your lip and get throgh HEAVY sets of barbell rows, dumbell rows, low rows, T-bar rows, and then finish with 3-4 sets of pulldowns. Don't get me wrong, you need pulldowns/pull-ups in your routine, but rows will make you grow much faster, thicker, and wider. ANd for chest, lots of heavy inclines and flat dumbell presses. You can do flat barbell presses as well, but I've never been a fan.
Also, do you work abs a lot?? You're really lean but it looks like your abs aren't that developed. I only ask because personally I only work abs when I'm cutting or (obviously) prepping for a show. In the offseason I just work them once a week to keep my core strength balanced with my lower back.
Enough criticism, you look good, keep up the good work.
