Painting with very broad strokes, max effort day is done 72 hours after speed day and for your max effort movement you will max out on some sort of exercise that recreates either a bench squat or deadlift. For example, max out on floor press one week, then decline bench to a max, then incline to a max, then board press to a max, then reverse band press to a max, rack lockouts to a max. Changing the exercise every week or two.
