Is progain a good weight gainer? The scoops are f***ing huge so it wants to be at the price!

Also why does it say that it's best mixed with water and not milk?? Does this help it absorb better or something?

if your goal is to gain weight you're better off throwing some milk in there, either flax or peanut butter also, and maybe some fiber for slower digestion.
