Hey guys I've been working out 6 month now and I'm loving it I feel like I've make some great gains it's my legs that I have a problem with My quads are getting bigger but for some reason my calfs I don't really feel them working when doing calf exercises I do some times but some times just my right calf any tips for working the calfs better and I'm all ears please help as I really am trying hard to work them but feel as tho nothing is working like I said quads are deff getting bigger but it's my calfs ?????
