but I use lecithin granuals to get a small does of the full range of Phosphatide compounds PS,PC,PI linolenic and linoleic

PS has been studied and used in treating ADD and Alzheimer's.

I know a lot of folks on here claim to have ADD...this may be a good alternative to medications with negative sides. I believe in those studies the doses are a lot less as well. This could be a very reasonable option.

I haven't been able to find anything showing that PS negatively effects sperm production.
