There is a lot of information out there on the questions you are asking - maybe point her to this site, others, read the profiles for primo, var --- first, if she's planning to compete, it will be the diet & not the AAS that makes that decision for her. As a competitor I can tell you that it will all be the diet and if you think that just because you are using an AAS that you can let the diet go, better stop the order for the $500+ competition suits and turn on American Idol, order a pizza & pop a beer.
