My buddy's wife wants to give it a go at a primo cycle. She only has a 10ml bottle. What would you suggest? Is this enough for an effective cycle. This would be her first cycle of anything. She's 27 and been training for approx. 3 yrs. Thanks in advance.

Take my word for it primo not a good option risk of sides are higher then most think. Plus it is always fauxed.

Great link. Thanks Daisy_G.

I kind of wondered also why she isn't doing her own research. She knows I'm always on hear reading up on gear so she asked me to help her. As far as her diet it's been quite good latey. She's been working out and dieting as if she would be competing soon. And she may if she keeps improving. I believe she's 13 wks. out from the comp. she's wanting to enter(figure).

Important to note not "ALWAYS" faked. Just for the record :)

Get her on here - don't take responsibility for this. While I think it is good you are willing to help her out, it is HER body and HER responsibility for this.

Picture this .... You do the research for her, you recommend a dose/duration/AAS, she gets sides .... who is she going to blame? YOU.

If she is going to take this MAJOR step, she needs to pony up and learn about it for herself.

Here are two of the reasons I think Primo is a bad idea to add now:

Quite good "lately"? SHe needs to have it be spot-on for quite a while BEFORE AAS is considered.

13 weeks out is NOT a time to experiment with AAS. AAS can bring out many sides - including serious bloat. If she thinks AAS is something she will consider in the future, I think she should plan for that in the OFF-season. Her first cycle should not be 3 months before her first competition.

I've always read the same thing about primo being often faked when I considered using it. I was told only Turkish was legit. I've got a legit source in England that's always been good w/ everything else. So I figured he would be a good one to try. As said before, it's British Dragon. I appreciate you ladies help w/ this. :)

Thanks for the reply Daist_G. You're preaching to the choir on this topic. I've basically told her and her husband to do some research on this. But like so many other people, they rely on hear say from fellow gym rats. The posibility of it being fake is what scares me the most. I didn't realize that primo was not a good choice for women. Good to know. It def. seems anavar would be a better choice. I will relay that info. along w/ a push to do some research of her own. Thanks again. You all have been very helpful.
