[FONT="]read in a book i have about building muscle that i got a while ago that eating a salad with the right veggies along with your protein shake is good for a pre workout meal... i tried it (im a big guy so i use a large salad, mostly spinach) and i feel pretty good while i am working out and seem to have more energy. anyone else ever try this?[/FONT]
