What do you guys like to use for your pre workout meal when you are cutting? How long before your workout do you like to eat it? I'm looking for some new ideas. Thanks in advance for any input.
tuna/light mayo/celery/onion/Hot Giardinera on whole wheat bread or as a dip for some lo-fat triscuits....mmmmm, good
small chicken breast mixed in with some brown rice...those uncle bens brown rice mixes are good if regular brown rice isn't cutting it taste-wise anymore.
alot of the bars out there are plaugued with false label claims...the only ones i found to be close to label claims that were palatable were natures best/solid protein. i think it's like 6 net carbs and those even get dry after a while
