Pre workout foods

I just wanted to ask what some of you guys like to eat pre workout (60 mins) before your sessions and if you mix it up or just keep it pretty routine ? What are some of the better options for good energy throughout!
 
Try a scoop of whey isolate mixed into a bowl of oatmeal. You can top it with fruit, chia seeds...things like that

Tastes awesome and it won't leave you feeling bloated during your workout
