One thing to be wary of when eating 5-6 meals is calorie intake. You must adjust your meal size. You should eat 5-6 equal meals, not 3 big and 3 small....unless you want that many calories.
As for the creatine, try it for 4 weeks and see how if makes you feel. For some it works great, others it bloats, and some it doesn't do anything. You have to try it and see how it effects you.

You could pick up some digestive enzymes to help you adjust too. Get the complete ones for carbs/ fats/ protein and take before meals. It'll help the adjustment of eating more often and they're pretty cheap.
There are no set standards for BCAA intake. I take 5g with every meal or shake. The old school feeling it to just keep them flowing in your system all the time.
