Hi there...Just wondering if anyone can give me real insight on what pre and post workout supplements I should be taking. I'm a 10 year firefighter who just got into running marathons, so I've starting working out (lifting)at work a lot more (and run on my days off) so I don't lose a ton of weight. I've used N.O. Xplode, Vasocor and the like for preworkout supplements, but I'm not sure of the correct post workout product to really help me out. I don't want to be huge, I've always been a lean guy, just trying to stay at my current weight.
Anyone have opinions?
