Pre + Post workout nutrition

Before workout, a whole food slow digesting meal.

i.e. A cup of oats and breast of chicken, or bed of brown rice and chicken or whatnot.

After workout, a liquid fast digesting meal.

i.e. 2 scoops of whey protein with 50 grams of dextrose.
