This is something that's been perplexing me for some time now. I take my weight pre-workout and then after I get home and poop. This is normal as I take a caffeine based thermogenic fat loss energy booster before going to the gym and it relaxes my sphincter muscles. My workouts are usually 1 hr long with 20 minutes of cardio. Post-workout and after pooping my weight is 0.5 lbs. lower than my pre-workout weight. I don't think this is due to fat loss.
