Pre/Post Poop Workout Weight?

This is something that's been perplexing me for some time now. I take my weight pre-workout and then after I get home and poop. This is normal as I take a caffeine based thermogenic fat loss energy booster before going to the gym and it relaxes my sphincter muscles. My workouts are usually 1 hr long with 20 minutes of cardio. Post-workout and after pooping my weight is 0.5 lbs. lower than my pre-workout weight. I don't think this is due to fat loss.
How much on average would you say your poop weighs?
 
No way you can measure that, since you also have fluid levels changing. And even if you didn't drink or urinate during the workout, you'd still have to deal with sweat and evaporation.
