postwork/recovery i am cool with... to many simple carbs before hand: i shake like a leaf. too few carbs/not in Ket. and the work is flat. Too heavy on the quick digest proteins: I melt holes in the vinyl.
I generally go with some complex carbs and easy protein... just looking to get the broader view....
