(Forgot to mention) One hour before workout: 3 scrambled eggs (1 yolk) 1/2 cup oatmeal, green tea.
Pre-worout: 1 scoop BCAA and Beta Nox pre workout mix.
During workout: Glutamine, 1 scoop of BCAA
Post workout: Lean Body for her by Labrada.
I like this concoction much better then the last.
