Xizor New member Apr 19, 2004 #5 I'm on ckd now while cutting so I would say no. I take a whey protein shaker after my workout. Dont really have the luxury of choosing Just do what works best for urself. /Xizor

Stryc-9 New member Apr 20, 2004 #10 Nopers! Not at all. The PB has quite a bit of fibre so it's all good in the hood.
