It wasn't a lie , i was shooting my regular bull, actually i kind if regret posting pics because of all the attention it has drawn, i like my confort zone and to just blend in with the gang!

Everyone one and i mean that, Ga bureau of investigations (GBI) Sheriff Dept, Police, Rangers, All know me here as i'm a well know business man in this town, Alot know me in Atlanta also (Ga state patrol, from all over) So i like not making waves in case someone says to someone else " hey" look what i found!

Alright no laughing, I am not even sure who on this board may actually know me but who cares. This was the only show I have ever done after about 1.5 years of training and one Very light cycle which got me to 230. I split a bottle of Stearis cyp with a friend. Listened to the wrong person to get ready for the show and lost way too much muscle. About 180 in the pic at 6'. I was a bit disappointed. Now sitting at 215 around 10%. Won't think about competing again until I get to 240 at 10-12 before i start the diet. All natural for the show as well.

K for anyone who can make an entertaing pic for me out of this though... lol... do your best.

AT 6 foot that is 180. Sorry I didn't live up to your expectations.
And 180 is Lighter than hell at my height.
I will post some more pics by the end of the year as a progress check. That pic is an old one anyway.

Another one for non-plats. This was about 1 year ago, and i was about 10-15 lbs lighter having just returned from the Middle East only a month or so before this pic. Forgive the goofy look, as i'm drunk in the Carribean and somebody had just spilled their drink all over me. Aruba is the shit!

Cute kid, he must have some Genetics too. Those thighs look big already! And aren't sandles the best invention for kids. I don't know about you, but I bought G-baby some Nike Shocks and it takes about an hour to put them on his feet. He always is curling his toes up when I try to put them on.

Yup, sandals are the shiznt. My kid has never had a problem with shoes. He is real good about wearing them.

He wears nothing but Timberlands and Jordans now... and I did get him some Baby Diesel shoes for his birthday.

His mom likes him to dress like a G, but I'm the one that ends up paying for it.
