There are times when I get home from the gym at like midnight or so because I have to go after I get off of work, which is usually 10pm. Do you guys think taking a post workout shake is ok this late when dieting? I usually take 40g of Whey, 75g Dextrose, 20g Glutamine, 20g Creatine, 900mg ALA.
On days where I do this I usually limit Carb intake to like 50-100g throughout the day as to not go too carb heavy.
What do you guys think?
