Click to expand... Honestly, how much of a difference in muscle grwth do you think it's going to make if you take it 5 minutes early or 10 minutes late? In the meantime, if you're taking those things, you should be using this: http://proteinfactory.com/shop/product.php?productid=145&cat=0&page=1 It'll make much more of a difference than what time you take it.
