I know that everybody drinks a protein shake after a workout but my stomach does not tolerate protein powder..What else can I eat? hard broil eggs? bananas strawberrys or what...

Do you mean right after a workout? You need a good PWO Shake right after you work out.
Then 20 minutes later hard boiled eggs and fruit are fine.

could it be something in your protein powder?

what brand are u using? how r u mixing it? adding anything to it?

I keep hearing this from a couple people I suggested lactose intolerant and found the other person was and reccomended switching to water as you should anyhow PWO.

Thing with Isolate Whey PWo is it's fast acting much more than food so It's kind of important.

yup, i was i gonna say it has to do with milk. Try the ready made ones, i bet you they don't hurt your stomach.

I can't use milk so you might be like me. If I use milk, its game over all day long blowing lindberger ass bombz out with a twisted knot for a stomach. I must use water, then my stomach is fine.

Having egg whites along with a fruit juice should be fine...

But liquid proteins work better for post workout meal..

As discussed above it could be milk intolerance.. So get a protein shake trial pack which has no lactose in it... And give it a try...

if not then you can opt for egg whites and juice.

cheers
