Sand and tanning sound like a wonderful idea though.

11 and 9. My idea was to take them before they are too cool for it. I'm not sure if that because it's the stereotypical 'good parent' thing to do or because they actually like it. Me? I'm not a fan of the crowds.

On a cruise, you always have the option of tossing them overboard if they piss you off.
 
Yay I got parts for my latest speaker-building project today. Arrived from England in only two days! Hopefully I can get them assembled this weekend. Only problem is that every time I try to work on something, the cat starts demanding attention.

Chopz is studying nursing! I'm sitting at my desk in my new office (which is really a cave in the basement of the hospital) and thinking about having a nap! LOL I share space with 5 other people and no one is here...you could hear a pin drop.

It's about 1:45 pm here! I still have a couple more hours to kill. I have tons of paperwork and a few phone calls but might have to go find my favorite napping chair in the atrium! LOL
 
Im memorizing bones so usually I see the word "bone" alot

Had a bad NFL post season, Now I'm Putting up NBA events for the K gamblers.
it's a pain in the ass to keep the games up and current, but the other bookies took the time out to Post up NFL, NCAAFB and BB for us. I think it's my duty to keep events going.
I'll be doing as many big games as I can for NBA.

But no betters = less or No games. During Fooseball nobody was betting.

We're forecast for snow turning into sleet right at morning commute time tomorrow. Should be fun.

Good thing I only have a three-mile commute, I may be the only one on time at work. Too bad I don't have a key to the building.

We got sent home from work about 10:30 this morning, as it was turning from snow to sleet. The roads were starting to get kind of crunchy.

Of course now there's little if any evidence left of it.
 
So instead of slaving away at work today, thanks to our "snow day", I spent the afternoon finishing the assembly of a pair of little hifi speakers. They turned out pretty well.

They look just like these:

and yes they're just 12" tall.
