They push it inside the body and make lips somehow. I've never actually seen a post operative transexual's vagina, though. So, I can't attest to what it looks like...lol. If you find out, fill us in on the details.

Not being a postop tranny I can't tell you but obviously substantially more goes into it than I've said ... but supposedly postops can experience sexual pleasure and orgasm. The nerve is rerouted. And skin is skin, it's not silicon or prosthetics, it is the transexual's own skin that has been remolded into a new form.chewyxrage said:
