Post cycle training.

n my research, it seems that the majority says not to change your training while on cycle. Sure, auto regulate a bit, up the volume some, and on those days you feel strong, push it a little. But don't make drastic changes, and don't jump up the weight too much, as the strength of the muscles will gain quicker than the strength of your tendons and ligaments.

But what I don't see much is how one trains post cycle. Strength, energy and endurance will be down. Motivation will drop, and it may be discouraging. How do you adapt, and or change your training to account for that? What is the best way to train to keep gains (both strength and mass)?

brother these are things you need to figure out on your own

part of succeeding at anything in life.. it could be fishing, knitting, sex, anything is trial and error and experience.

my rule of thumb with guys who ask this question is simple: if you never busted plateau's before, don't have PR's, don't have great results already before steroids, then don't waste your time/money/health on using steroids until you do. steroids are a tool, they are the icing on the cake.

I adapt by starting a new training cycle (not PED). I try to ensure (or did) that even the lower starting numbers are a little higher (say 5%) than the previous same lifts were on the last cycle

people have different thoughts on training in pct... thats why you take something to control cortisol in pct so this is not an issue and thats why gw501516 is included... i have always said to train just as you do on cycle no matter what the issue whether pct or off cycle... i dont change my training intensity regardless... clearly you can do more on cycle but you try just as hard regardless of the situation

Post cycle you should still train heavy and hard - but just reduce total volume as your hormones and recovery ability are compromised

If you run the Perfect PCT as in the sticky on evolutionary.org, it helps with your concerns. It includes Ostarine and Cardarine which will really help you to keep training as hard as you were.
