Possible Gyno

Been running 50mg ED of what I thought was pharmaceutical grade anavar (Biosira Ltd). Packaged as 10mg tabs oxandrolone. Last evening before going to work I noticed my nipples were a bit puffy. I was a bit concerned but shrugged it off thinking Var only wouldn't do this. Got home from work & they looked worse. I then got quite concerned. I previously had no symptoms. Now in the space of today they are puffy, soft, pudgy in comparison with rest of chest, & I think I've a lump under my left nipple after searching. I don't have an AI on hand because I didn't think it would be an issue but perhaps I was ripped off & it may be dbol? I have nolva & popped 40mg b4 bed. How prominent should the lump be? Should I stop cycle & start a nolva PCT or try get some adex or even letro if theres already a lump? I am less than 2 weeks in (12 days). Do you think it's dbol?

At the moment my plan is:

Stop cycle
Jump on nolva 40/40/20/20

Will the symptoms disappear?

you need to get rid of the nolva and definitely don't run it in pct... you should always have an ai on hand, no matter what you are running... you need aromasin and you need it now... 12.5 mg ed righ tnow... here's a proper pct as well...

Yes. I was planning on doing 6 weeks @50mg var ED. The reason I chose var is because although it is suppressive, it's not as suppressive as most other AAS and it has little sides. I thought it would be a decent choice for a 1st cycle, although not as good as test and even after starting I was thinking "I wouldn't run without test again". In saying that I had no libido problems but I know that doesn't mean much.

I'm taking an educated guess and presuming they must be dbol.

Do you think I caught it early enough?

The 'lump' I thought I could feel, it doesn't really resemble a pea like people say. In fact, it feels a bit more like adipose tissue but I can't be sure. In general my chest looks soft and a bit 'saggy' around the nipple area in particular and increased size of areoli and more red colour. No itching, no pain, not tender/sore. I wore a white tank today and could see nipples through it.

Seeing as I may be taking Dbol I think I'll stop cycle regardless and just keep it. I have 1,400mg left and I'll keep it for later in the year and run 40mg ED 6 weeks with Test E 10 weeks.

You can get gyno on var sorry but it effects other hormones in the body that then effect estrogen. Nice dose of aromasin 12.5mg every day till gone then drop to every other day. Dyls advice is good to go IMO

You think it's real var then? It's from Biosira Ltd.

Either way I think I'm just going to stop the cycle. I'm only 12 days in and I think It'll be safer just holding off and running it with test in the future. I don't want to take any chances as gyno is my biggest concern when it comes to AAS.

So aromasin until symptoms disappear and I'm good? Thanks for the help guys!.

its probably no good... there's a lot of fake anavar out there and a lot of times its actually dbol, which would make sense with the gyno issue bro... just like needto said, your not going to get those kind of symptoms with anavar, especially this early... get rid of that shit and get aromasin...
