and i beleive the challenge is a bench contest. If i can figure out way to cover my face and not look a bank robber in the gym doing bench presses i'll do it. But i'm still recovering from some judo injuries so I'm not benching even 3 plates anytime soon. I'm working on and making real progress on my metabolic conditioning for crossfit so i'm not gonna fuck that up with an ego lift when my shoulder isn't 100%. But it goes in cycles so in a few months i'll get back to the heavy lifting and we'll see. I'm already down in the 230's now which is doing wonders for my running and metcon. We'll see how things are in a few months, if they're good i'll put a vid up providing i can keep my face out of it

a much more impressive exercise imo than BP...never seen anyone do big weight though, nothing over 225.
kinda hard to e-judge though, form variations such as push press and back arching, how would we judge properly?

I'm agreeable to that. The one catch with a standing MP is the importance of a good hoist (you have to get your legs into it a little bit). I'd want to do that a few times, but I'd want to develop a little technique first. But surly I'd dial it in after a few lifts.

1) still not sure how to take a vid while not showing my face, but then you assholes would claim it wasn't me so then i'd have to put up some kind of a sign that say's i'm redfuckingasshole or somehting like that

2) I'm not going over 225 for awhile cause of the shoulder. So i do crossfit metcon now where I'll do shit like run on the treadmill or jumprope then go hit 225 for a couple reps then immeidiately go to something else. Actually for some of the more ridiculous wkts i can't even use 225 cause the shit is nonstop.

I'm just wking out diffently now and i'm not going to change it up for an ego boost. I don't need to prove i can bench more than plunkey when i know i do, and i'm not doing an ounce of roids unlike him. I do shit now like 7 straight minutes of burpees, google it if you don't know what a burpee is....it's hell. These wkts suck like you don't even know. It's not doing a set than sitting for 3-4 minutes spanking out a few texts.

-20 double stair jumps
1/4 mile run
repeat untill you ran two miles...faded the fug out for the rest of the day

ooo, don't know about the two mile run. I think i'd do about two to three rounds of that. My running still sux. What do 20 double stair jumps amount to in terms of height? The cf gym i was at had various platforms to jump up to

yeah the 1/4 mile run was a recovery more than anything, the first lap i attempted to sprint (i'm a good sprinter) but from then on each quarter was slow and methodically trying to recover from the stair steps.
and i said double stair steps, it was really a loading dock i estimate it to be 2ish stairs in height, that was the most grueling part of the workout (air squats suck too)
 
and keep in mind the two mile run was split into 8 quarters...and i don't recall eating very much untill dinner (this was before lunch)...combination of heat and extreme fatigue kills my hunger everytime

Yea but I won't start to really cut till prolly June, untill then my calories and protein and carbs are like really ramped up. I mean I have a lotta definition in my chest and shoulders, my shoulders are amazing, and I actually have abs but they're like distended and shit, abs on top of a big ass gut. Legs are huge but no real definition, tear drops are pretty tight and the sweep is there just no seperation much. I mean I can do it if he wants to but I won't be near my best, but if that's what he wishes I sho ain't scared. I just know personally if I'm gonna go head to head with somebody I want the best they can bring, or maybe that's just me either way I'm cool

I do seated MP usually on a Smith but 4 sets of 12 with 365 is child's play, I figure I can put up somewhere near 4 plates on that lift for a single with free weight. But I'm sure I'll be cheated in some kinda way. I just wanna be sure of what the stipulations on form are. Obviously my technique of stopping the weight an inch or so from my chest, to maintain tension on the chest and remain in total control of the weight has hurt my BP numbers for a single dramatically. You know since nobody else here can even squat my bench max. Next thing you know they will want to have a squat contest, LMAO.
