so i'm fuckin broke. i still buy enough food to keep my cals/protein intake in check but spending all this money on pre-workout NO supps and energy supps were getting too expensive so i found a new way. some of you guys might read this and think its stupid but for me its been working well. before a workout i take, aside from amino acids, watermelon (1 kg of watermelon converts to about 3,000 mg arginine, the same as in NO)and 400mg No-Doz caffeine pills for energy. All three combined work just about as well for me as anything else that you can buy in the store, and it will save you a hell of a lot of money.
