I think about my ex-girl, and how much I want to look great and shove it in her face.... but then I remember I would have to dig her up first.....
 
If I'm going light, trying to get a good pump. I'll concnentrate on engorging my muscle with blood and only think about how the muscle feels.

Now, if I'm going balls out heavy lifting, I'll think my ex-girlfriend fucking her new boyfriend. Getting a very graphic, detailed image of that in your head will get a few extra reps.

I always fart when i`m wroking abs!! I think it crunches the gas out of me and it is embarrassing too! I just let em crack now .. good and loud!!

As for me ... i think of killing the muscle that is being worked!! I think of giving it a bad brutal punishment and then i pump the fuk out of them!!! When its all over, they know that it was for their benefit!! lol!!

Me and my friends are also very competitive with each other!! I often focus all my strength to get ahead of them!! I`m sure they are thinking the same, so it works good because we sub-consiously push each other to go harder!

As for the hot-tail at the gym and on the treadmills, i try not to pay attention. Sure i always look, but i find that they can be a key componant to totally blowing your focus and ruining your workout!! Especially if you start blabbing to them ... for me its...

Focus on the work out!
Kill that muscle
Get the fuk out!!
Feel wicked!!
