POLL: For Chest Exercises Do you like DB's or BB's?

I like to mix it up also... DBs seem to be a little easier on my rotator cuffs for flat, Barbells are nice for inclines though...

I've pretty much stopped doing flat BB presses, unless they are close... they tend to hurt the shoulders... Dips are also out...

Won't even THINK about using barbell on flat bench. I'm 6"5, and
for me, the pain I feel in my rotator cuffs is enough to keep me
away. I will use barbell on incline and decline. I do prefer dumbells
but think contstant change is necessary. Love the stretch you
get with those bell's though.

I like bb for flat bench, db for incline. Once in a while, I switch it up and use a Smith machine for incline though, and go ultra wide grip and right to the throat.

I'm 6'2" also used to get shoulder problems, when I learned proper bench technique my bench went up 20 pounds instantly, no problems since.
