I would prefer a great set of natural breasts, but how often do you see them. Implants can fix sagging or poorly shaped breasts so that is a good thing. If you have nicely shaped and perky natural breasts do not do anything to them no matter how small or big. Anything else should be looked at by a plastic surgeon.
