HOLY MOLY.....do you gals ever get just pyscho on your period? I get this strong urge to eat sweet things and then greasy salty things. I try to make chocolate myoplex pancakes to curve the edge and lean hamburgers w/ no cheese and no bun, but sometimes that just doesn't seem to cut it. What do you girls do during these times?
Also....it seems like I loose all motivate for a couple days to excercise or do anything productive. Is there some sort of herbal supplement that would help me level things out. I've been wondering about Rhodax, but don't know anyone who has ever tried it. I have a terrible time with PMS, and then I get all depressed when I miss a couple days of the gym due to it.
