PLZ HELP~! Will changing my diet now help me drop to a lower BF%?? CKD??

Is the CKD diet the best diet to get shredded, i am about 11% i would say, and want to get down to a lower BF%, say 7 or 8%? I have been on a low carb diet for about 8 weeks now, and have come down from about 16%BF. WOuld the change to a CKD now help me push below the 10% and hopefull even lower??

This is the break down i have found for my bodyweight?? should it be done by total body weight or only LBM???

I am hoping the change will shock my body and speed up fat loss...

Becuase i feel that i have hit a plateau and want to change things up a bit and to try to accelerate my fat loss.

i am finishing up my 3rd week of CKD and I have dropped 16lbs and 3% BF started off at 13.5 an I am at 10.2% now. I did used my regular body wieght too. It is a great diet to lose quick, the first week and a half blow because of the withdraw you will go into, but it has worked like a champ thus far. I am doing it for 8 weeks and go from there. My goal is to hit 5% BF.

BRO that is fuckimg awesome, the more research i do, the more i am deciding to do the CKD diet. I think i am going to go with it.

What are your stats by the way?? what weight, hghts, etc etc.

are you using any AS or supps??

i am 6'2" , my start weight was 254 now I am at 238lbs now going in to my 4th week of CKD,also I am 29 years old

Supps. 4 NYC tabs a day, 4 yohimbe HCL tabs a day, 25mgs liquidex EOD, and 250 mg of enanthate a week, just for baseline purposes not expecting anything from it

I do walk in the AM for 45 minutes 3 days a week and doing The HITT training for weights

My Bench 335 for 6 reps when I came off my last cycle a few months ago right now about 315 for reps but I am not sure. I have increased my weights. I typically do 275 for set of 10 or 12.

My goal is to hit 220 at about 5% BF not stopping until I hit that and I have been thinking about throwing in some slin on my carb up day but not sure yet
