Somebody PLEASE HELP!!!!! I am a 39yr old 6 ft 2 in 205 lb male. I have been an athlete all my life but pretty much a beginner in weight training and needing insight and direction from those who's path I follow. I am looking to put on 25-30 pounds of SHREDDED MUSCLE. My goal is to have the build of a MMA Heavyweight but also with good Cardio. I looking for ADVICE on The Right Workout ( the movements, the weigh, reps, sets, how many days a week and how much rest. ) Also looking for the PROPER SUPPLEMENTS ( types and brands ) And last but not least are LEGAL STEROID STACKS worth the time & effort or are they just a BIG SCAM??? I know all this is alot but REALLY WANT TO DO THIS THE RIGHT WAY!!!!
