Please HELP!

nothing in my body is changing. i started my NYC about a week ago, i am eating right and nothing is happening. i don't know....maybe i am not eating right? maybe i am not jogging enough? can some one please help? i really want to loose these 15 lbs...and i would like to do it like, really fast!

Well, DOH! Are you getting any protein? Are you lifting weights? Do you eat complex carbohydrates? Are you getting 10-12 x your bodyweight in calories? You need to do these things before your body will let go of the fat. If you eat "nothing" your body will think that EVERYTHING that comes in MUST be stored, just in case, because it's starving - no fat loss. You have to trick your body into thinking it's getting enough to make it let go of the fat. You need to lift heavy weights to make your body think it NEEDS the muscle, but not the fat.

If you had, like, NO money in your bank account, and in fact, were in debt, would you THROW AWAY 10 bucks that someone gives you????? NOOO - you'll hang onto it for dear life!

Do a search for isocaloric, 40/40/20, 50/30/20, keto, CKD, or TKD - you'll find a hundred healthy diets that'll help you lose that fat.

NYC is not a magic cure my friend. For women, it seems as though overtraining is a big issue. Plus, undereating goes in the same colum.

What are you stats? And please give me a meal breakdown.

Also give me your exercise regiment.

Mr. X, thank you for your help...you're going to kill me. i dont know my stats.
but i do know that when i look in the mirror, i don't like what i see. i am 5'8" and have gained some chub in the waist and leg area i feel. i think i weight about 138 or so.
I DON'T LIKE IT ONE BIT THOUGH!

like i mentioned before about my food intake...it basically sucks. i don't eat all day long and then i get home from work about 3:15 or so and i am starving. because i am neglecting my body of the so-called Nutrients, i have these cravings when i get home and eat whatever is around the house.

i run on and off for about 30-35 minutes a day. but now i have made an excuse for my sorry self and that is because it is so damn dark in the morning. i hate to run in the afternoon so i try to do it before work.

in the past, i had a lot of luck with the adipo and the clen...no matter if i ate a lot or a little, i still lost the weight.
