Please help me loose weight!

Hello guys and gals. I am back after a 3 yr lay off. I still have my acct as Muchobig but i am having problems so I'm using this one. Like i said its been 3 yrs, I'm fat weak and out of shape. Plus my shoulders hurt when I do bench and pull downs. I want some help with choosing some good supplements. I want to maybe do a deca only for my shoulder pain. The main thing is to loose my gut and chins, so let me know your opinions. Thanx
 
Hey watsup, this is my first post advice so here it goes..
You need to start with a clean diet and cardio 5x 30 minutes a day.
Also lift weights while your at that, unless you wanna lose all fat then bulk, otherwise you can do that. I know this is only little information but I'm sure the guys over here can you give an explantion.
 
Thanks king. I already do cardio 5 days for 30 min. I also lift 3 days a week. I just want to kick start the fat loss, and was wondering if anyone has a hardcore routine to start then leveling off.
 
If it's been 3 yrs shouldn't start with a hardcore routine. You should start with a basic one. Concentrate on full body motions like squats, cleans, deadlifts, bench, etc, etc.

The workout section has a lot of different workouts in one of the stickys.
 
There a lot of good ones out there. People here reccomend trex from the afstore. I've tried it, but anything with ephedrine works best for me. I think I'm just going to make my own e/c stack when my bottle of trex runs out. Everyone responds different to these things though so you kind of have to try a few.
