Please crtique this diet. It may need some work.

Here is my diet, I just recently changed from cuttin to bulking. Never made a bulking diet before, so this probably needs work. Please give input. THANX... Oh, im 18 yrs old, 5'9", 150 lbs ~10-12bf%. I lift 4 days a week



Meal 1: 7:30am
6 egg whites w/2yolks & ketchup
1 Isopure protein shake
1 Flaxseed Oil pill
4 Hydroxycut

Meal 2: 9:15 (Deli, in school)
Turkey on whole wheat
Fruit Salad (grapes, melon, strawberries, watermelon)

Meal 3: 12:30 (Deli, Pre-Workout)
2-4 Pieces frilled chkn on hero
potatoes and gravy (what can i replace this with if they dont have)
Bananna (if they have)

3:00- GYM

Meal 4: 4:30-5:00
Protein shake
grilled chkn OR lean beef OR tuna
1/2 cup Applesauce
Sweet potatoe OR brown rice OR regular potatoe
2 teaspoon Peanut Butter
4 hydroxycut

Meal 5: 6:30-7:00
Protein shake
bananna

Meal 6: 8:30-9:00
6 egg whites w/1 yoke & ketchup (what should i change this meal to?)


*Water throughout the day

GOAL: To put on as much lean muscle mass as possible while keeping fat gain to a minimal.

What are your opinions on creatine?

You need something between 12:30 and the 3:00 GYM. Maybe a can of tuna or some good carbohydrates about 2:30 to fuel your workout. 8 hydroxycut seems to be a bit much, I can't take eca so I don't take it at all but I would recomend taking it sometime pre-workout and none after. Creatine YES. Few supplements stay on the market with such hype for so long, You can't go wrong with creatine. I'd go with plain creatine monohydrate and grapejuice (or some other simple carb.) right after workout.

I'm no expert so somebody else might be able to give you better advice but thats my $.02.

I didn't crunch the numbers for you, but I'd shoot for somewhere between 2500 - 3000 calories for your daily intake.

You diet looks good, but I'd add 1 cup oatmeal to your first meal and egg whites are probably your best bet for pre-bed meal. Either that or you slam another protien shake (That's what I do)

Btw, I'd add Glutamine to your list of supplements if you haven't yet. Your muscles will thank you. If you do add it, make sure you take 10mg with your last meal.

Creatine is a winner! You can't go wrong with it. The only down side is that you'll end up retaining some water, but it's not that big of a deal.
 
Digital Ronin: he needs way more then 2500-3000 cals a day if he is bulking!!! He is 18 too and we all know most teens need a lot to grow.

I know you're only 150lbs but I would shoot for more like 3500. Bulk now and worry about the fat later. Progress will be way too slow at 2500 cals.
