please critic my morning meal and timing

i do 45min cardio is the morning, after cardio right away i have a shake (24g protein, then i have a 10 min walk to work, after i get to work, i eat my 8 egg whites with one whole egg and 2 whole wheat toasts
 
Sounds good to me, but I'm no pro. I'm sure someone else will comment and give you their thoughts, too. I usually do empty stomach cardio, have my protein shake afterwards, too. Wow, that is alot of egg whites! Oatmeal is good too if you get sick of the eggs. Good luck!

ya right now i'm trying to burn body fat, is gatorade fine?
 
I'm not sure about the gatorade, I don't see why not. Green tea is yummy, too! Maybe try some San Nutrition V12, my hubby drinks it post workout.
